and THAT is the truth. I skied today...for the first time in four and a half years...LOL. All I have to say is that my legs hurt...like no hurt I have ever felt before. I would imagine it is because I do not...necessarily...do it correctly. BUT hey!!! I get down the mountain alive and THAT is what matters most sometimes!!!
I suppose it helps that I had about 3 pitchers of beer to help relieve the pain...but all that got me was my hubby asleep and me blogging...LOL :)
Tomorrow, I am totally focused on maintaining the correct body position...and the right tuck stance on my skis...LOL :) I am totally thinking Lindsey Vonn....channel Lindsay Vonn...
All I really know is that Kickapoo's Tavern in Keystone Park has the best nachos, the best company, and the best beer that I have found in a while!!!
and...I guess all I really have to say at this point is...I seriously can't wait to get back to fishing...LOL :)!!!!
