First, I have Berkely Line Clippers. Now these are great for a multitude of little odd jobs when fishing...they cut your line, they make switching lures faster, ect. PLUS, they have a strap that goes around your neck to ensure that they are always easily accessible when needed. They are from Berkley, a trusted brand that is made to last. They are also pretty cheap at only 2 bucks!!!
Second, I have PLANO POCKET STOWAWAY BOXES.
Now, I love this because it allows you to take great pictures with a zoom without having to get your fancy camera wet and nasty...enough said!!
The fourth item on my list are
BODY WARMERS...I LOVE THESE THINGS!!! I never travel to Canada without them. We all know that it can get cool on the water at any time during the year...the winds on the water can be brutal. These little GENIUS inventions can slip right into your gloves or right into your boots to keep your fingers and toesies completely warm and cozy. My sister-in-law always manages to mooch a few off me...she loves them, too!!! They also come in BODY size for those cold Canadian nights in the bunks!!
One last great idea for a stocking is CHAPSTICK.
I love my chapsticks, and I always keep a variety of them in my tacklebox in case I forget mine on the water. They come in a variety of flavors and for a dollar a tube...you can't beat the price. They are also a little unexpected treat to find in a stocking!!! Plus they can act as a protectant in case your forget your SPF!!!
Now for the suprise!!! I am giving away to one lucky reader everything that I have mentioned on this post!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! LOL! Great post!
I'm laughing because I just had a conversation today about buying myself some clippers for the next tourney. I'm giggling more because, I asked Santa for hand-warmers too. My Plano package should be arriving in the next month also. You are a true fish'n girl!!! Great blog...I look forward to reading more posts.
All I want from Santa is a reel that lasts longer than 20 Lunkers, 2 new bait spots, and a parking space at the boatramp.
I asked for a new CuradoE

New to your blog and really enjoying your MONSTER fish pics, they are truly awesome!
Hmm, what do I desire for Christmas? How about peace on earth good will to men . . . nah way to over done . . . how about time to relax, eat good food and enjoy the company of family and friends.
Take care all and Happy Holidays!

Great list, Fisherbabe. Santa came early for me this year and delivered my new HDTV. But if he were going to stop by again, I would ask for Zoom Super Flukes and Gamakatsu 4/0 hooks. They are my lure of choice and I can never have too much.
BTW, I read in an earlier post that you are venturing into ice fishing this year. I am also starting my first year of committed ice fishing. I've already been out twice. Check out the adventures on my blog so you can get some tips when you start heading on the ice.
Have a great holiday!
Thanks for showing the cool side of fishing! You rock and I love the list you put together.
Merry Christmas! Pick me Santa Baby!
All I want for Christmas is for Lizzy to take me ice (i.e. blizzard) fishing.
